That era is now over. New players are driving a storm of technology and new business models, rapidly shifting consumer expectations.
This storm goes by many names: «uberization,» «disruption,» or «commoditization.» Regardless of what we call it, this phenomenon is seriously and brutally challenging the status quo of many legacy players, obliging them to completely revisit their organizations, digitize their corporate cultures, and make their teams nimble.
