Coming from the artistic environment, Clara has gained her experience worldwide: New York, Milan, Monaco, Paris. She worked in the fashion and tourism sectors before specializing in the negotiation of artworks.
In charge of the production of a theatre company, Clara has a solid expertise in group facilitation and develops exclusive workshops for your seminars and team-building.
As a real conductor, Clara is in charge of the organization of the French Tech Central events :
- animating theatre workshops to develop employees' soft skills
- training teams to pitch
Anselme works on strategic recommendations during the launch phase of projects, as well as on designing services and their monetization.
Among other projects, Anselme worked on the conception and the animation of :

- Digital acculturation programs for the COMEX of LVMH's Maisons
- Digital marketing skills acquisition programs for Orange managers

Anselme also worked on the design of the vision of EuropaCity by Immochan - a commercial, cultural and leisure center that will open in 2021.
Before joining us, Anselme worked at the Strategic Department of FNAC, where he took part in M&A operations and realized several strategic studies. Thus, he became acquainted with innovative subjects like the crowdfunding system, eBook, and online music.
Anselme graduated from EMLyon Business School, where he specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation management. He is also the coordinator of the HR Commission of the Social Media Club.
Joona shapes the procedures that will bolster the growth and the development of our company. His ability to grasp concepts, spot operational weaknesses and think outside of the box has developed over the years through his own entrepreneurial adventure in the field of beauty and well-being, as well as in his past work positions.
Before joining us, Joona applied his analytical skills and his ability to solve problems as a Financial Controller at FNAC Group. His work supported decision-makers in enhancing operations related to cost management, customer support, after-sales warranties, recruitment planning and cybersecurity procedures, among others.
At The Innovation Company, a French cosmetic raw material manufacturer, Joona revealed concrete and measurable ways to support the company’s growth and to manage its increasing needs for new innovative resources.
Joona graduated from Haaga-Helia Helsinki Business Polytechnic, in Finland, with a B.B.A. in International Business. He completed part of his studies at Universidad Europea de Madrid, in Spain, and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Management, from Cranfield School of Management, in the United Kingdom.
Bori shares the curiosity for new working methodologies and organizations conducive to ’creative confidence’ and innovative business models.
During several internships, Bori had a total immersion into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. At digital startups, he undertook several missions: SEO, marketing campaigns, web design, CRM implementation. At TVTY, an innovative MarTech startup, Bori perfected his knowledge and skills relative to digital marketing and had an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
Bori studied at EM Lyon Business School where he specialized in entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and labor law. He spent a semester at Seoul National University for a student exchange to discover the particularities of the South Korean ecosystem.
Louise joined our team in September 2018 as a Change Maker. She aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within executive teams of large organizations.
Before joining us, Louise worked as a digital transformation consultant at IBM. Fully convinced that human capital must be at the heart of business transformations, Louise is interested in new organizational models. Her interest includes managerial practices used in startups that large companies could benefit from.
During her studies, Louise worked on a gamification project to provide creative solutions for corporate team building activities. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master in Organization and IT Consulting from Paris Dauphine.
Rosemary is our Senior Art director. Her mission is to transcribe, extend and deepen the visual assets of our projects.
After a BA in visual communications and computer graphics, Rosemary worked several years in publishing as a graphic designer. She started freelancing on various projects - editing, web design, graphic design - and then joined a French mobile accessory market player where she was in charge of the creation of all communication media (newsletters, catalogs, merchandising).
Creative rigor, sensitivity, artistic awareness, trends watching... Reaching good design is hard work, and Rose belongs to the world of people who believe that "a thing of beauty is a joy forever" (as John Keats once said). In her leisure time, she writes articles about new fashion talents for clikclk.fr, a French blog inspired by style lovers and beautiful things enthusiasts.
Lou is our Experience Manager. Lou is the iron fist in a velvet glove. She is the experience facilitator, responsible for the smooth running of any program we implement. She transforms all our projects into creative and seamless "live" moments.
After graduating from a management school, she started her career as a stage manager in the cultural industry. After this experience, she decided to pursue an artistic career and to try her luck as an actress.
From her first job at Avignon Festival to the latest Polanski film, from the Flâneries musicales de Reims to the Cochet Acting Class, Lou has definitely a passion for the Arts and it won't take you too much time to see her eyes sparkling when she talks about film festivals, playing technique or the latest play she loved.
Pauline joined us as a Change Maker in March 2018. She aims at helping large corporations develop their entrepreneurial and digital spirit.
Before that, Pauline has worked in the startup ecosystem both in France and abroad. She worked for NUMA where she supported the development of an incubator program at STATION F, dedicated to international startups that want to scale their business in France. She also had various experiences within startups: she helped Vaïvaï develop their communication and marketing strategy in Paris, she contributed to the growth of SUBA in Buenos Aires and helped Pur Projet develop their business in the Peruvian Amazonian Forest.
Pauline is passionate about technologies. She has developed her digital expertise when working at Ubisoft, where she was in charge of implementing digital and live marketing strategies for best-selling video game franchises. She graduated from EDHEC Business School and specialized in Innovation and Entrepreneurship; she wrote her master thesis on the blockchain technology at the Technische Universität München.
Camille is an enthusiast of multicultural teamwork, with a strong taste for social innovation. She joined us as a Junior Change Maker after graduating from her Master in Management and Entrepreneurship at EM Lyon Business School.
Camille discovered agile methods and organizations by a Vietnamese start-up in Ho Chi Minh City. She then was chosen among 55 000 applicants to shadow the global CEO of the Adecco Group. This experience allowed her to challenge the vision and broadcast an entrepreneurial spirit among the executive teams of a big corporation. Eventually, she co-managed the Horizon project, building bridges between various large companies and a group of 47 refugees in the Paris Region, with whom she worked daily to achieve their professional integration.
Sophie joined us in December 2017 as a Changer Maker. She aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within executive teams of large companies.
She developed a good understanding of the e-commerce as a Brand Manager in a startup, now incubated at Plug & Play Tech Center. She helped brands develop their online sales on global marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch, etc. Sophie joined the founders at the beginning of the project and contributed thus to the growth and structuring of the company.
Prior to this entrepreneurial experience, Sophie worked on e-commerce topics within large groups such as FNAC, a key player in French e-commerce and MARS, a global player in the mass retail sector.
She has also worked on customer relationship issues within the consulting firm Académie du service.
Sophie holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Montreal. During the Entrepreneurship Program at ESCP Europe, she worked on a project in the field of well-being at work.
As a Project Analyst at FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE, Olivia’s mission is to help large companies through their digital transformation, at startup speed. As a Silicon Valley-based ecosystem expert, Olivia specializes in training, digital awareness programs, and immersive learning experiences.
Before joining FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE, Olivia worked as a Marketing Associate at Air France. She grew passionate about entrepreneurship and the startup world in Tel Aviv, where she worked as a Project Manager for Costockage, a peer-to-peer storage service embedded in the local sharing economy.
Olivia graduated from HEC Paris, where she got a Master's degree in Business and Digital Strategy, in partnership with Ecole 42 and Telecom Paris.
Caroline is Managing Director at French Tech Central, the key project of the French Tech within Station F. She joined us in February 2018, after more than 6 years boosting sales and training the teams on the SFR-Numericable’s proximity networks.
Caroline has a double expertise in communication and marketing and animates a space of about 1000 m2 split into an event room and the first public coworking in the world!
Because she is convinced that the digital transformation reinvents traditional skills, Caroline forms to the new contemporary tools and takes the plunge into the world of innovation.
She develops her expertise in the third places to :
- animate communities
- drive the space’s management tools
- develop the marketing strategy
- optimize the staffing and oversee dedicated teams.
Adrien is our Senior Performance Manager. He aims at developing innovative solutions that ensure internal processes and improve performance. Check out his article "How does FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE boost team performance?".
Adrien started his career working on urban planning and sustainable development at GDF Suez (Engie). Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, he spent two years in the US managing a French startup accelerator from Boston on behalf of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Back in France, Adrien worked as a freelancer for entrepreneurs and agencies in the fields of strategy, marketing, digital communication, event organization, and programming. Meanwhile, Adrien founded a startup offering training on new technologies for older adults.
Adrien holds a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from INSA Lyon. He also studied for a year at the University of Chalmers in Göteborg (Sweden) to specialize in Clean Technology.
Pierre is involved in raising awareness of the challenges of the new economy, by helping executives to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and their culture towards digital and innovative ecosystems.
Pierre was previously responsible for the digital transformation of Extia. His enthusiasm for digital challenges and innovation led him to launch Young and Connected. Through this project, he trained corporate executive teams for the challenges of the digital transformation. He also co-founded Human Motion, a change management company.
Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and law, Pierre co-founded a think tank aiming to build connections around this societal topic. He holds a Master's degree in Business Consulting & IT from the Paris Dauphine University.
Isabelle joined us as a Change Maker in January 2018. She aims at developing a digital spirit among the executive teams of large companies.
Since 2016, Isabelle has developed her digital and data marketing expertise as a consultant in the ARTEFACT agency. She worked with major French companies (Orange, La Poste) to build and implement their data strategies, tools, and marketing campaigns.
Isabelle graduated from EMLyon Business School where she specialized in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She did two exchange programs: one in Shanghai (China) with a focus on digital innovation, and one in Montreal (Canada) where she coached an early-stage startup.
Her passion for the digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem also led her to follow the “LION” training program provided by the Parisian accelerator The Family and designed for future start-up employees.
Roxanne joined our team as a Senior Change Maker. She plays a major role in empowering clients faced with sharing economy, innovation and user experience challenges.
Since 2012, Roxanne has been applying her expertise to various UX projects, digital strategy and commercialization plans within the biggest Canadian companies.
At Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Roxanne was leading the digital strategy and the digital transformation for the car-sharing division car2go in the Montreal, Toronto, New York and Washington, D.C. markets as their Marketing Manager.
At Bell Canada, the #1 Canadian telecommunication company, she has participated in launching the first mobile TV app that allowed watching your favourite shows anytime, anywhere.
Finally, at the 5th best Fortune 500 company McKesson Corp., Roxanne has been responsible for commercializing over 400 pharmaceutical products while developing the Canadian market within the Sivem Pharmaceuticals division.
Graduated from HEC Montréal in Finance and Marketing, Roxanne also studied at the University of Bath in England.
Antonin joined FABERNOVEL adventure in 2012 to bring his convictions and vision of changes induced by the digital transformation in large companies and innovative clusters. He is also interested in ecosystem dynamics and open innovation processes.
In 2014, Antonin takes the lead of FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE, the FABERNOVEL entity in charge of the development of digital and entrepreneurial culture among senior executives. He manages around 100 acculturation programs for such diverse clients as LVMH, SNCF, ENGIE, ADEO, CHANEL, Véolia, AXA, Société Générale, BNP PARIBAS, GENERALI. Today, he is a Partner of the FABERNOVEL Group.
After an experience at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Antonin joined in 2007 the startup association Silicon Sentier. For 4 years, he contributed to the definition of the strategic orientations of the association while actively taking part in its daily development. He became its Deputy CEO in 2010.
In 2011, Antonin started working at the "Developers, Platform, Ecosystem" business unit of Microsoft France where he was in charge of handling relations with the academic world. Passionate about innovative ecosystems, he launched the tenth edition of Imagine Cup competition to encourage students to create startups.
Antonin holds a degree of the Master in Public Policies and Compared Governments of IEP Lyon. He also holds a Master's degree in Sociology of Public Action from the Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech and Université Paris VIII.

Sarah likes to imagine synergies between large companies and startups. She started working with the startup ecosystem during her internship in a law firm dedicated to supporting the startup community. She pursued the adventure at “Lion” training program provided by the Parisian accelerator The Family designed for future startup's employees.
After a Master in Digital Law and Data protection at Panthéon-Assas University, Sarah's undying curiosity for technologies led her to a Master's degree in Innovation management at Sorbonne University.
Since 2017, Sarah has been involved as a Project manager at the Sorbonne Innovation Technologies association. She participated in the organization of a Learning Expedition in Singapore and conferences in partnership with the Paris Club of Innovation Directors. She also facilitated Design Thinking workshops and missions.
David joined us in April 2018 to work on the development of innovation spaces for our clients.
David is a builder in every sense of the word. After 5 years at Publicis, he entered the startup world: he co-founded Revelessence (pure-player of biologic aromatherapy) and then became CTO of ThéBox. For 4 years, he advised businesses in their digitalization as a freelance consultant.
Since 2014 David has designed and animated innovation spaces for the count of major groups such as LVMH Group, Bpifrance or The French Tech Central. He joined Zogma in March 2016 to become its Managing Partner.
David is a computer engineer graduated from the prestigious EPITA.
Coming from the world of culture, Camille Kiejman has a double editorial training of journalist and stage director. She is graduated in contemporary history at La Sorbonne. Camille quickly immerses herself into the prospective’s world.
For 2 years, she helps to support the Brightness agency’s growth that produces the conferences TEDx Paris. There, she coaches the biggest announcers and specializes in the subjects of innovation.
In 2014, Camille creates the Zogma agency. Expert in editorial strategy, she renews the contents’ production methods. Bpifrance, LVMH, Engie, Suez, Poilâne … So many customers who trusted in Zogma to design custom-made programs of events and places of innovation and create communities.
Following the fusion of ZOGMA with FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE in April, 2018, Camille takes the direction of the communities offer.
Murielle joined us in January 2018 as an Experience Manager. She is the experience facilitator, responsible for the smooth running of any program we implement.
After graduating with a Master's degree in communication and a European license, Murielle decided to focus on events organization and graphic design, professions that require curiosity, creativity but also organization and rigor.
Before joining us, Murielle worked as Event Project manager for Exclusive Restaurant where she was in charge of organizing BtoB events such as seminars, product launch evenings and trade shows. She decided to lean towards graphic design as a Marketing assistant at Elior Entreprises where she was responsible for the graphic layout of tender documents and the creation of communication mediums.
Baptiste works on the continuous improvement of our internal processes, operating margin and knowledge management.
Combining a passion for food and technology, Baptiste started his career in a Food Tech startup. He then worked on development, operational and strategic issues in a major group operating in agri-food industry in Hong Kong.
Baptiste studied a major entrepreneurship at Audencia Business School where he co-founded a food startup. He also completed an academic exchange at the University of Cincinnati (United States).
Anaïs aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within the executive teams of large companies.
When working for two leading French companies of the luxury industry, Dior and Chanel, Anaïs became passionate about creative processes in a corporate environment. Through her different academic and working experiences in France, Europe, the US and China, she was able to develop her knowledge in entrepreneurial and digital innovation as well as her open-mindedness.
Anaïs is graduated from EM Lyon, where she followed the specialization in Marketing BtoC.
After four years at Velvet Group, the FABERNOVEL entity based in Shanghai, Clémence joined our team as a Senior Change Maker.
While working at Velvet Group, Clémence was responsible for strategic projects (market research, learning expeditions, etc.) and operational projects (digital strategy, influencers programs, advertising, campaigns deployment). She knows the Asian market like the back of her hand!
She specialized in the luxury, fashion, and cosmetics sector, collaborating with prestigious brands such as Chopard, Roger Dubuis, Shiseido Group, Clarins, Skin Cleanser, Mango, Camper, Lane Crawford, Franck Provost, Davines, MaxMara, Kering, Beaumanoir, Converse.
In 2016, Clémence also intervened with young professionals at the CondeNast Fashion Center on topics such as Digital Marketing and Advertising.
Clémence graduated from Grenoble Business School where she specialized in Management and eBusiness.
Ludovic aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within executive teams of large companies.
Ludovic previously embraced a Finance career working from Asset Management boutique to large bank such as BNP Paribas. His passion for digital and innovation led him to work at LBPAM in the Socially Responsible Investment team, where he took part in the management of an environment and innovation focused fund. Thanks to his investment background, he naturally developed an interest in the startup ecosystem, more precisely in the Fintech. He decided to set aside the Finance world to join an innovative squad.
Ludovic has a Master’s Degree in Finance from Paris Assas University, completed by a Google Digital Active certification with a major in Digital Marketing.
Marine joined us in June 2018 as a Senior Change Maker. In particular, she works on divergent thinking and digital programs. She is passionate about digital transformation and intrapreneurship and also involved in workplace happiness activities.
After her studies in engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris and a Master in Management at the University of Bath, Marine first worked on the set up of innovative European projects by creating synergies between startups, research laboratories, and large groups. She then joined SNCF Réseau for two years as a Project Management consultant to coordinate the stakeholders and manage the overall planning of a railway line creation project (240 M €).
At the end of 2013, Marine moved to Singapore, where she took charge of the continuous improvement of order processes in the regional distribution platform of Parfums Christian Dior. In parallel, she initiated an innovative web application for Asian and European teams to allow better collaboration between them.
Back in France, Marine learned agile fundamentals and started an educational engineering training. The human being has always been at the heart of her concerns. She likes to serve others in helping them to improve and give the best of themselves. Keeping this in mind, she organized a series of digital workshops for seniors.
With a real appetite for innovative spaces, Agustina joined us to animate the FrenchTech Central at Station F. She uses her experience to organize more than 30 events per month and guarantee each client a real experience, from the first contact to the day of the event.
Agustina combines an international background with a solid knowledge of the innovative ecosystem. After her studies in Applied Foreign Languages and a Master's degree in operational marketing at KEDGE, she moved to Mexico City for 2 years to work in a coworking. When Agustina returned to France, she took responsibility for events at The Hub Bpifrance and organized meetings between large groups and startups to facilitate their business relations.
Gabriel joined us in 2018 as a Finance Manager to strengthen our finance team and to provide support for our clients. He is committed to delivering relevant financial analysis and particularly enjoys working with our different departments to keep our business growing and innovating.
Born in Australia, Gabriel moved to Europe to pursue a Franco-German double degree in Business Administration and Management. Before joining us, he worked in diverse financial advisory roles at KPMG, C.W. Downer & Co. and Accuracy in Sydney and Madrid.
Gabriel is an extensive traveler, passionate about yoga. He is also a volunteer mentor for an association that enables adolescent girls to develop basic skills in business, marketing, and coding.
Arthur is specialized in the creation of internal communities and the animation of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship programs.
After graduating from Kedge Business School and CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, Arthur worked with a player in innovative recruitment (Link Humans) and a major corporate communications agency (TBWA/Corporate).
From 2013 onwards, Arthur led the communication on Mazars' social networks abroad and steered a digital transformation and acculturation program for the group's 800 partners, while accompanying the projects of the different subsidiaries in their digital aspects.
At the end of 2015, he flew to Senegal to develop, within the MakeSense association, the first training program in social entrepreneurship and innovation for 900 students. While developing MakeSense's activities in West Africa, Arthur led innovation programs for actors such as Eiffage, Dakar City Hall, the International Monetary Fund, FAO, etc.
Passionate about education, Arthur has also organized several TEDx events in Aix-en-Provence, Paris and Dakar. He is also fond of improvisational theater, traveling & photography.
Estelle Yafi Sarfati
Estelle Yafi Sarfati
Estelle manages a team of analysts based in San Francisco and works on projects focused on digital transformation, innovation strategy and new business models with a specialization in fashion, cosmetics and retail industries.
Before joining us, Estelle worked in strategy consulting at Roland Berger in Paris where she got familiar with a diverse range of industries: healthcare, consumer goods, aeronautics, and transportation. She also has a significant experience in e-commerce through Amazon, and Alven Capital, a venture capital fund specialized in digital and e-commerce startups.
Estelle holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC and graduated from the ESSEC Chair Media & Entertainment.
Stéphane Distinguin is the founder and CEO of FABERNOVEL GROUP, which he founded in 2003 and which now brings together 350 talents based in three continents (US, Europe, Asia).
For 15 years, this consulting and creation group of digital products and services has been supporting the French CAC40 and major international groups in their digital transformation and innovation trajectory. FABERNOVEL is also dedicated to creating and supporting startups such as Digitick, KissKissBankBank, Shared Offices or more recently One Third.
Stéphane Distinguin is currently Chairman of Cap Digital, a competitiveness and digital transformation cluster bringing together more than 1,000 companies and laboratories. Stéphane Distinguin also chairs the Grande École du Numérique, which trains at least 10,000 young people each year in digital professions, with a particular emphasis on parity and access to these training courses and jobs for drop-outs from the traditional system. He is also a member of the French Industry Council (CNI), a former member of the French Digital Council (CNNum) and honorary chairman of NUMA.
Stéphanie is our Senior Experience Manager. She supports our team every day with commitment, a touch of humor and an amazing team spirit.
After graduating she worked at Lire la Société association as a communication and administrative assistant, participating both in events organization and administrative management.
Stéphanie holds a BA degree in English (Université de Strasbourg) and a Master degree in PR, Press Relations and Events Management (ISCOM School of Communication in Paris).
François aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within the executive teams of large companies. He recently worked for Orange Marketing Business School on designing an API marketing training program.
François is passionate about the media industry. Before joining us, he worked for two French media groups, Lagardère and TF1. His undying curiosity for new technologies led him to the New Tech Department at Business France in Singapore, where he organized the France Singapore Innovation Days, a business event which gathered more than 300 executives, entrepreneurs, investors, faculty members and scientists.
Early 2015, François had launched with his two partners a mobile application to discover new movies, books, and songs.
François is graduated from ESSEC, where he was part of the Media & Entertainment Chair.
Jelena Simic Derouin
Jelena Simic Derouin
Child of a country that no longer exists, Yugoslavia, Jelena built a career at the European level that led her from Belgrade to Paris through Madrid.
Holding Master's degrees in Cultural management from Carlos III University of Madrid and in History of Contemporary Art from Complutense University and Reina Sofia Museum, Jelena developed her cultural project management skills by connecting the artistic and institutional worlds, in particular at the head offices of Instituto Cervantes and Reina Sofía Museum.
Arrived in Paris in 2013, her passion for contemporary art opened the doors both of the art market and the local startup ecosystem working for an auction marketplace as a business developer.
In 2017, Jelena joined Zogma to interconnect culture and innovation. She is responsible for the launch and animation of the French Tech Central event space at Station F.
Jelena is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian and has some knowledge of Portuguese.
Xiaomang joined us as a Junior Change maker. Moving from the east to the west, she has been fascinated by the two emerging disruptive forces: digital innovation and China’s rise. She is particularly interested in drawing inspirations from developing Asian markets to serve companies’ digital transformation needs.
Having a background in political sciences, Xiaomang is pursuing her Master’s degree at Sciences Po Paris in Communication, Media and Creative Industries. During her studies, she gained valuable insight into European and Asian politics as well as diplomacy and investment promotion through her internship at Invest Hong Kong London office.
Before joining us, she worked for Zhisland, the largest entrepreneur club in China, organizing its Global Innovation Conference which attracted over 2000 entrepreneurs and supported more than 100 innovative projects. With a digital-first mindset, she also helped build digital engagement campaigns for Chinese newspaper agency on social media platforms WeChat and Weibo.
Alban aims at helping executive of large companies to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and innovation culture. He recently worked on designing Innov’Cluster 3, an intrapreneurship program for 5 international teams of Transdev.
Interested in building bridges between corporate and academic worlds, Alban was in charge of The Talent Research Award that we launched in partnership with the online media Rue89 for doctoral students or postdoctoral researchers. He developed a partnership with the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts. Alban also works as a teaching assistant at Sciences-Po Paris Entrepreneurs.
Before joining us, Alban worked for the Bel Group participating actively in the digital transformation and the diversification of the company. He also worked for Carrefour Property as a financial analyst for the Investment Committee.
Alban graduated from SKEMA Business School, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Master of Science. During this period, he studied at the North Carolina State University (Raleigh, USA) and at the Monterrey Institute of Technology (Querétaro, Mexico).

Élodie is our Art Director.
Before joining us, Élodie worked at a Parisian communication agency as an Art Director. While managing a creative team, she was responsible for visual identity, editing, interface and mobile application projects. She is also specialized in UX and UI.
During her studies, she evolved from the BA in design to the Master's degree in Art Direction. Interested by the impact that technologies have on creative work, Élodie devoted her thesis to the digital engine as a creative tool. To support this research, she has produced a series of "Software Experiments" posters where the office automation software replaces graphic design software in the creative process.
Melina joined us as a Change Maker. Her work consists in developing the entrepreneurial and digital mindset within the executive teams of large companies.
Passionate about innovation and digital, Melina has always worked in the startup ecosystem. She joined DELIVEROO’s business development team in Paris a few months after their launch. She then helped grow DELIVEROO in Singapore as an Account manager of the partnering restaurants.
Melina has also worked at NUMA’s startup accelerator. Her role was to help startups grow and scale in order to raise funds at the end of the acceleration program.
Melina holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Paris Dauphine University.
Victor is interested in how digital revolution changes the economy, but also the way we think and create. He seeks to understand how new technologies have impacted the relationship between brands, employees, and customers so he can help clients make the most of the existing opportunities.
Before joining us, Victor completed an internship at Publicis Group where he supported clients in their content strategy definition. He proposed innovative and flexible strategies to help clients across a broad range of industries, from banking to the hotel industry, adapt their messages and content strategy to their audiences.
While studying at HEC Montréal, Victor created a start-up to help parents find the perfect babysitter. This entrepreneurial adventure taught him about business creation and allowed him to apply methods learned during his Master in Entrepreneurship, such as agile management and design thinking. During this time, he also got the chance to participate in an exchange at EM Lyon to further advance his project by tapping into outside expertise. Additionally, Victor co-founded an associative communication agency to help small organizations improve their communication.
Nadia provides creativity and vision to deliver the communications strategy and increase the brand experience of our company.
Before joining us, Nadia worked at a contemporary art gallery where she was in charge of the international cultural program and partnerships. Later she worked as Social Media Manager at a consulting firm to create and develop digital media platforms.
Nadia graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities in Moscow. She moved to France in 2013, to join the Ecole Normale Supérieure, where she earned a Master’s degree in Literature and Philosophy.
Nicolas aims at helping executives of large companies to develop a digital and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as an innovation ecosystem culture.
Before joining us, Nicolas worked in a digital agency focused on Data and Artificial Intelligence. Convinced that data is part of innovation’s future, he was responsible for defining the data strategy that will respond to the client's objectives, identifying and implementing the proper tools.
A graduate of ESME Sudria, Nicolas previously worked in Colombia with seawater desalination systems. He also holds a Master's degree in Consulting and Business Strategy from ISG Paris.
Since 2011, he has been involved in the art industry as curator and agent.
Claire began her career in the public sector at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour des Comptes before becoming involved in consulting and editorial work. After the cultural team of La Villette, she joins La Société Anonyme in 2014. Then she works within the Development International Institute’s team.
She joined Zogma in September 2016 as Editorial Consultant then FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE during the merger in April 2018. Specialized in the event production she has :
- Designed and set up the TOTEM events of The Hub Bpifrance
- Developed the Future Of State program for FrenchTech Central.
- Sourced, framed and coached dozens of speakers to produce the most qualitative content possible.
Claire holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Assas and a Master's degree in Cultural Management from ESCP.
Céline aims at developing a digital and entrepreneurial spirit within the executive teams of large companies. Fascinated by the digital world, she follows with interest the latest news regarding the evolution of consumer experience and its impact on companies.
Céline previously worked in the US at the chocolate factory Michel Cluizel where she was in charge of the digital and marketing development. She later worked at L’Oréal to create new products and design the digital communication campaign for the brand DOP.
While volunteering in an NGO in Cambodia, Céline created a media library and launched computer classes for Khmer youth.
Céline is graduated from Sciences Po Paris, with a major in Marketing and Studies.
As a Program Director, Benjamin takes care of open innovation projects for large groups and develops partnerships with innovation ecosystems. He helped launch and manage EDF Pulse, EDF’s major start-up challenge (200+ startups sourced, 3 selected) and helped FNAC design its Open Innovation Strategy.
Before joining us, Benjamin worked in public affairs and then in the French insurance group Groupama where he developed an approach to building digital awareness for top managers, defined the social media strategy of the group and worked on disruptive business models.
Benjamin holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology of Public Action from Science-Po Toulouse.
Fleur joined us in March 2017 to work on the development of the entrepreneurial and digital culture among leaders and talents, in particular, through the CLUB.
Since 2010 Fleur has developed her expertise in digital strategy and change management with a variety of players, including BtoB and BtoC, along with institutional fields. When working at the web agency La Netscouade, Fleur supported the digital communication strategy of large companies such as Renault or Danone, and organized events dedicated to the discovery of the Parisian innovation ecosystem.
As a Digital Manager in the French Senate, she accelerated the institution's online communication and implemented the Senators' awareness program on new digital tools.
Within VINCI, she then defined and implemented the online presence for the Group and launched a series of collaborative workshops on digital transformation for the TOP 500.
Eventually, at Danone, Fleur set up the international digital marketing strategy of Evian and Volvic brands.
A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and Université Laval (Quebec), Fleur has completed her training through academic exchanges in Berkeley (California), Bucharest (Romania) and Johannesburg (South Africa). She is also Vice-President of the Social Media Club.
Clémence supports our team in key areas such as business development and strategic marketing. Passionate about communication, finance, and strategy, she is looking for building bridges between startups, tech companies, users and/or institutions.
Before joining us, Clémence worked as a Venture Capital analyst with a player in entrepreneurship (50 Partners), and as a Junior project manager with a major consulting group (Deloitte).
Clémence graduated from Paris Dauphine University where she specialized in Innovation, Network, and Digital. She also holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology and Innovation (MTI) from Paris Dauphine University, Mines ParisTech and INSTN. During her studies, she spent a year at Colegio Universitario de estudios financieros in Madrid. A social media enthusiast, she actively contributed to promoting student's activities.
Clémence is president of Genius Global, an organization promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in French universities. She is also fond of innovation and entrepreneurship, traveling and ski.
