Engaging ENGIE GEM teams in digital transformation
WHERE WE STARTED
A leader in international energy markets, ENGIE Global Energy Management needed to reinforce the understanding of new digital paradigms and to adopt new working methods. The launch of a long-term program for 400 employees performing at the crossroads of the energy and trading sectors was a major project for GEM. To succeed, we produced several types of coaching and training modules, ranging from a few hours to several days.

WHAT WE DID
To involve everyone in the global transformation, we produced the content based on GEM strategy and facilitated the work modules through practical learning. Relevant external speakers identified and briefed for each work module allowed us to enrich these immersive experiences. Over the course of the project, we also designed and implemented collaborative platforms, helping the teams to automate their daily tasks.
