WHERE WE STARTED
One of the leading global telecommunications operators, Orange has been developing APIs for several years to build a strong developer community around its products, identify new business opportunities and gain agility. We have already accompanied Orange with a first training dedicated to the discovery of API technology a few years ago. Today, Orange wishes to accelerate the involvement of its Marketing teams on this subject. That's why Orange Marketing Business School called upon us to launch an in-depth program based on learning by doing, enabling marketing teams to start their own API projects.

WHAT WE DID
In close collaboration with the Head of Orange Marketing Business School, and with the support of the business unit FABERNOVEL TECHNOLOGIES, we have produced personalized content for keynotes, demos and workshops, facilitated the work modules and identified external speakers on the three marketing phases of an API project (designing, launching and optimizing an API project), designed a MOOC and technical sheets to anchor training in the daily lives of employees and organised a follow-up workshop at S+6.
