Developing an innovative community within the Transdev Group

As part of its innovation strategy the Transdev Group set up Innov' Cluster, an internal incubator dedicated to the development of innovative solutions. This was done by building the entrepreneurial culture and increasing the skills of its employees. We came in, helping to internationalize and to develop the community of innovators within the group.

WHERE WE STARTED

In the digital era, technological advances and shifts in social attitudes impact the mobility ecosystem. Created in 2015, Innov' Cluster supports the deployment of internal projects in order to define the future of mobility. After a successful first season in 2016 we took part in the second season in 2017, helping the teams to accelerate the project development and build an innovative community at the international level.

THE CHALLENGE

ACCELERATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW INTERNAL PROJECTS

CREATE AN INNOVATIVE COMMUNITY AT THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

WHAT WE DID

In close collaboration with the Innovation and Human Resources departments, we provided personalized support in the organization of Learning Expeditions (in San Francisco, New York, Seoul and Sydney) and the facilitation of a series of workshops focused on creating a Minimum Viable Product and the first user tests. During the acceleration phase, we set up coaching sessions, challenging the business model and developing the communication strategy for the final pitch in front of Transdev's Executive Committee.

@ Transdev

Our collaboration with FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE has been successful on several levels. We appreciated their creative force during the design phase. Their experience in the innovation field has enabled us to design together an ambitious program adapted to our needs.
