Organizing a learning expedition in Silicon Valley for Carrefour

Carrefour sent its senior executives to Silicon Valley to forge convictions about the major innovation trends. We designed the program and accompanied participants during this learning journey.

WHERE WE STARTED

The third largest distributor in the world, Carrefour needed to connect with the innovation ecosystem to address three strategic topics: artificial intelligence, customer experience, and employee engagement. The objective of the learning expedition was to inspire Senior Executives and help them find solutions related to these three key points.

THE CHALLENGE

UNDERSTAND HOW TO APPLY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO RETAIL

IDENTIFY NEW GROWTH DRIVERS THROUGH MULTI-CHANNEL SALES

STRENGTHEN CONVICTIONS ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

WHAT WE DID

FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE designed an intense program of 5 daily visits throughout Silicon Valley that showcased innovative solutions in AI, the customer journey, and employee engagement. From early-stage startups to dynamic venture capital firms and larger, publicly traded companies, Carrefour participants met with a plethora of entrepreneurs and inspiring people. FABERNOVEL’s in-house experts helped Carrefour participants better understand the technology and trends emerging from Silicon Valley, to have a more coherent and successful medium to long-term innovation strategy.

@ Carrefour

I am extremely proud to recommend FABERNOVEL for your next Learning Expedition. They were incredibly well connected and able to find the right startup ecosystem for our organization. The sessions were thought-provoking and on top of this, their great and friendly team made everything very smooth and easy for our participants. I am looking forward to working with them in the future again.
